By using BusinessOS, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

BusinessOS provides a suite of business applications accessible through the BusinessOS Launcher. The service is provided "as is" and we strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse BusinessOS for any illegal purpose, to infringe upon others' rights, or to upload malicious content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

BusinessOS and its modules are proprietary software. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without explicit permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

BusinessOS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the application.
